Servientes Servientibus
We serve those who serve:
Whether you are combat veteran, active military, first-responder, or another valued member of our community suffering from unseen wounds, we are here for you.
With a broad range of specialties, our practitioners will accompany you toward true healing and integration of the whole person: body, mind, and soul.
At The St. George Counseling Clinic, psychotherapy not only occurs in the therapist's office. We will tailor therapy to best meet your needs: on the couch, in the fitness center, or in the wilderness. Our goal is your flourishing!
01
Counselors at Saint George Counseling Clinic see children, adolescents, adults, and couples. We prioritize our services for combat veterans, current military and family, first responders, and the local Catholic & Christian community. To better serve our community, our incoming Intern Cohort brings a diverse mix of specialties.

02
Eco-Therapy takes traditional psychotherapy outside, employing the beauty of the natural world as a critical dynamic for human flourishing and improving mental health. St. George Counseling Clinic currently offers "walk & talk" sessions at Illahee Preserve and "canoe counseling" in the Puget Sound at Illahee State Park when the weather allows.

03
We offer three backpacking contemplative story workshops annually. These outdoor intensives are unique opportunities to dive deeply into your traumatic stories from childhood or from war in a small group format over a weekend in the Cascades or Olympic Mountains.
04
Our clinic aims to restore the whole person, so every client has free access to our micro-gym after every therapeutic session. Regular physical exercise, proper nutrition, and healthy sleep hygiene go a long way to alleviate unpleasant mental health symptoms like depression and anxiety. In an attempt to foster whole person integration, we invite all of our clients to consider also scheduling an appointment with our personal trainers to strengthen your body, soul, and mind.
